Simon and Hallie

It’s been so nice outside that as soon as Mama gets home from work we go outside! We spent a whole hour playing outside today, it was oh so much fun!

We do have really bad news though, the camera is broken and mom can’t take any pictures. We aren’t sure what we are going to do about that but we are sure mom will find something!

Tomorrow is daycare day and we are wearing our Hawaiian shirts because it’s getting warm and it’s almost summer (YAY)!!!

We are home and so happy! We had a great time at camp. We made lots of friends and got lots of attention and we know grandma was watching us on the webcam but we sure did miss our stuff. Ya know, like our bed and toybox and our own water bowl.

We were so happy to see Mama today when she picked us up. She said she raced from the airport and promised to not leave for a very very very long time. She said she didn’t like sleeping without our furry faces in the bed with her.

Oh and for someone who went somewhere tropical and hot she isn’t tan or anything! She says she was very busy with work from early in the morning until very late at night. Apparently that must be why she didn’t bring us any presents (hmpf)!

Dorothy was right, There Is No Place Like Home~

Dear Friends,

Mama just had a big long conversation with us and told us that we are going to “camp” Wednesday until Saturday. She says she has to go to Florida for a work conference and we are going to stay at daycare where they will take good care of us. It’s right next door to Dr. Burns so maybe he will come visit us too (but only to say hi, not because we don’t feel well). And maybe Kim will brush our hair (ok maybe just Hallie, hehe).

You can all watch us on the daycare webcam during the day (the link is on the right) and at night time we get to stay together with our blankets and bed and toys that mama is going to pack for us.

We think she is very sad but we will be just fine, besides we love all of our daycare friends. She says we can write all about it on Saturday when we get home.

Hello Friends, this is Hallie Ann and I have a complaint to make. I know that Simon has been sick and we (me and Mama) have to take care of him but this food thing needs to change. See, I like to sneak Simon some crunchies behind mama’s back (she sits on the floor with us while we eat) because he’s hungry and I keep getting in trouble!?!?! I’m just trying to be nice but apparently that will make his tummy hurt again and we don’t want to do that.

Also, I have had to learn to eat when Simon does so every 2 hours I get a little snack when he does. I kind of like it and I think it’s helped me lose a few (wink wink). I wore my pretty green dress on Friday and a few months ago it didn’t fit.

Hello friends, it’s me Simon Samuel. I have been very sick and that is why we haven’t written in awhile. On Monday I had to go and stay at the dogtor’s but Hallie came with me to keep me company. Then on Tuesday I was still sick and had to go back but Hallie came then too. Dr. Burns took my blood and did x-ray’s and gave me shots that made me feel better. I’m on special food too but it’s yummy and I like it. I get to eat that until Monday.

I’m feeling better now and have even been playing ball again. Mama says that I’m all better because lots of people love me and sent me kisses and stuff. So I wanted to say thank you to everyone that was thinking of me. I love you all!

Not Sick Anymore Simon~

I’m 5 now (my bday was Tuesday) and I got to spend my birthday with my bestest friends in Ohio. Mama went to see her daddy but she left me this beautiful dress as a present! It’s so pretty and Simon got a matching vest. Maybe we will wear them to school this week.

Last Saturday we got in the car and left for a really long trip! We went to Ohio to see our very best doggie friends-Luigi, Brasco and Livvi! We had so much fun when we got there and then on Sunday was the big day~I married Luigi and had a beautiful dress and we all wore pretty dresses and the boys wore tuxes and we had a cake and everything!
