All I’ve heard lately is “hallie that’s enough food” “hallie you need to share with your brother” “hallie you’ve eaten enough” yadda yadda yadda! It’s not my fault if Simon doesn’t want to eat and there is enough food for both of us. I know because grandma likes to surprise us and buy us food all the time. I’m not going on a diet! I WILL NOT DO IT!

Mom had a dream and I talked just like Lucy from Charlie Brown so she did some research and turns out the description of Lucy is suspiciously just like my “character” (hehe). Love, Hallie Ann–aka Lucy Puppy
Lucy Van Pelt works hard at being bossy, crabby and selfish. She is loud and yells a lot. Her smiles and motives are rarely pure. She’s a know-it-all who dispenses advice whether you want it or not–and for Charlie Brown, there’s a charge. She’s a fussbudget, in the true sense of the word. She’s a real grouch, with only one or two soft spots, and both of them may be Schroeder, who prefers Beethoven. As she sees it, hers is the only way. The absence of logic in her arguments holds a kind of shining lunacy. When it comes to compliments, Lucy only likes receiving them. If she’s paying one–or even smiling–she’s probably up to something devious.

We are kind of sad because mom has to go back to work tomorrow but kind of relieved too. It’s exhausting following her around all day and going for 8 billion walks a day. Back to our old schedule we guess. Hmmmmmm maybe mom will feel guilty this week and do something special for us. Paws crossed~

We have played outside so much on this vacation! Here we are protecting the yard from the chipmunks. They are evil and must be eliminated!

Today was another exhausting day. Mama took both of us with her to get some coffee this morning, then she decided it would “fun” to clean out her closet so I guarded the bed for her. THEN for dinner she made us some chicken, it was super yummy. I heard mom on the phone today talking to daycare, I think i might get to go tomorrow. Love, Sleepy Simon

Mom put me in the tub again today. It’s supposed to be good for my wobbly knees, whatever. If it’s so good for me why does mom have to ask me over and over if I still love her when we are done? Answer that MOM!
We got a box today from grandma, ok it was mostly for mom but there were presents in there for us too (YAY)! This sleeping in thing isn’t so bad and we got to go for 2 walks this morning before it started raining. Here are some pics of our new stuff.

We aren’t sure what’s going on. Something about a vacation and mom’s been home FOREVER! We stay up late and sleep in late and go for way too many walks. We’re just exhausted from this vacation.

Kiss It Simon!!!

From Simon: SERIOUSLY? The only reason I fight with Hallie is because she is STILL here after 4 years and there are too many girls in my life. She is a mean, evil little creature and sometimes she needs to be put in her place. My only redemption is that she got groomed yesterday and I’m fairly certain they took care of her anal glands! Take That Hallie!
From Hallie: Simon is such a boy and not the brightest crayon in the box! I fight with him because I am older, smarter, more mature and must have my way at all times. If he would realize that we would be fine.
We need to address some mom issues too. People think she’s weird because she keeps our blog for us and we just want to say that we……wait a minute……she grounded us……she is beyond weird.
