We don't use the word "diet", we say lifetime eating plan. That means we don't eat too much food just because it's there, we eat just enough to keep us healthy and beautiful. We all eat too much sometimes, so just try not to do it too often and you'll be fine. I know your mommy takes you for lots of walks and that helps you keep your figure. I love you very much.
