Simon and Hallie

Hello everyone, it’s me RILEY! I sure do like it here with the monkeys.  They have lots of toys and blankets and cool stuff that’s all new to me.  We’ve done a lot of relaxing this weekend and I like it.  My mommies come home tomorrow so I have to go home but I’ll get to see my best friends at daycare.  Here are some pictures from the weekend.  We all take up a lot of room on the couch so Aunt Kim can’t move (hehe) and here’s one of me being a good listener and another one of my crazy face playing with Simon.  Simon sure is a cool dude.  Love, Riley

Mom is pretty proud of this picture.  It’s hard enough to get 2 in a picture but all of us? We think tomorrow we’ll teach Riley how to blog so he can write about us this weekend.

We are teaching Riley soccer skills so he can be on the team.  He’s a quick learner and by Monday we’re sure he will be a star.

Riley came a day early and he’s taking over! He’s very little and he hasn’t quite figured out how to play ball yet but he’s really good at stealing toys. We like him and told mom he can stay until Monday.  His mama called this morning to see how he was doing and we told her he was fitting in very well.  It’s kind of nice to have a visitor.

We had to take baths today and do a lot of chores since Mr. Riley is coming over on Wed. I thought baths were supposed to make me look pretty? My hair is kind of messy from it and I don’t think I like it. Love, Hallie

Here is Simon being super sleepy too. He got tired from helping mom make the bed.

So, we don’t have thumbs which really limits our ability to do a lot of things such as ride a bike, do laundry, eat with utensils and TYPE! We have mom type for us but for some   reason this week she is a little cranky and a lot of sleepy.  We’ve been going to bed super early and staring at her a lot.  She says she will feel better soon and she better, we have a guest coming over on Wednesday……….

Simon: I have been a lizard, a fisherman and a 50’s dude.  I think this year I will be a yorkie streaker and go NAKED!

Hallie: I’ve been Minnie Mouse, wonder woman and a pretty 50’s girl in my pink poodle skirt.  I think this year I want to be an only child and will see if mom can get rid of Simon for the night.

Wonder if mom will do what she does every year: buy way too much candy, sit outside waiting for kids to come over (they never do), eat all the candy and get sick?  We bet she does~
